FAQ are provided by the Manufacturer of Drinking Vinegar

1.Does vinegar help to balance diets?

The clean blood shows a weak alkaline reaction. The vinegar could prevent the acidification of blood and other humor in human body to keep their healthy weak alkalinity and promote the excretion of wastes too, therefore vinegar may be said to have every merit and have no harm absolutely. Sodium, potassium and chlorine are all called electrolytes, and a certain quantity of such electrolytes would be excreted along with urine to regulate the blood concentration. When the salt content in blood becomes too high, the water in human body would be concentrated in the blood to dilute it, and the resulted increase of blood volume would cause hypertension. Drinking Pai Chia Chen health vinegar would increase the urine volume, and promote the excretion of sodium and chlorine.

2.Which ingredients of vinegar could promote muscle metabolism?

The metabolism of muscle relies on the synthesis of proteins in the skin tissue. The capability of this protein synthesis, however, would be lowered gradually along with ageing. Everybody wishes to maintain the tenderness and youth of the skin, but this wish is difficult to be realized because of the above reason. L-amino acids in the unpolished rice vinegar would enhance the regenerating ability of the skin; In addition, amino acids in the unpolished rice vinegar are involved in the synthesis of proteins in tissues, therefore they may promote metabolism in human body.

3.Does vinegar have the same effect as vitamin E in inhibiting the formation of lipid peroxides?

The oxidization of lipid acids reads to the formation of lipid peroxides. Cells would be damaged to loss their functions in case that phospholipids forming the cell wall have become peroxides. The accumulation of peroxides in various viscera, especially in the brain, would lower the physiological function of the whole body, that is, accelerate ageing. Lipid peroxides adhere to the wall of arteries and visceral blood vessels more firmly than such lipids as cholesterol does, therefore they are uneasy to excrete, which is liable to arteriosclerosis and various tissue disorders. The experiment on the laboratory animal reveals that the effect of vinegar in inhibiting the formation of lipid peroxides is the same as that of Vitamin E. It could be expected that taking vinegar would be beneficial to the human body although the result of the experiment on the laboratory animal may not be applied to the human fully.

4.Is vinegar helpful for calcium uptake?

Calcium is an element indispensable for bones and teeth, and its deficiency would result in many defaults. It may be said that Chinese are short of calcium for a long term in general. Uptake of too much protein, lack of sport and uptake of the food rich in phosphorus are the reason that calcium is lost. The reduction of calcium content in bones would cause bones to become loose and fragile and therefore be liable to the fracture. The latest study indicates that oxalates are easy to take in gastro-intestinal tract when calcium is deficient in the human body, which is liable to lithogenesis. The vinegar in the human body would combine with calcium to form calcium acetate that is easy to be absorbed by the human body, thus the available calcium in the human body could be utilized fully.

5.Is it important to control lipid metabolism?

So-called hyperlipidemia indicates such a situation as occurs when lipids content in the blood increases abnormally. Of those lipids the low-density lipoprotein (LDL), especially, is rich in cholesterol and neutral lipids liable to adhering to the wall of blood vessels. In contrast with LDL, the high-density lipoprotein (HDL) could promote the metabolism of lipids (cholesterol especially), therefore the latter's adhering to the wall of blood vessels could be prevented. Vinegar promotes the generation of HLD, therefore it promotes the metabolism of cholesterol too.
