First of all, about myself! I have been a health & fitness fanatic for 40 years. I'm British so Asian drinks are very new to me!

I discovered drinking vinegar, while in Taiwan, and because of my background in health & fitness, I decided to do a great deal of research, on drinking vinegars, to prove to myself, that it wasn't just a myth that was unsubstantiated.

I discovered the truth, that drinking specially brewed vinegars, do actually benefit health, and I will continue to do my research for myself, to improve my own life style change for the better!  

I now wish to share my knowledge with the World, through my blogging.

 Chung Hwa Food Industries have become more health orientated, to inform and help the public become aware of our traditional roots and the 3000 year old tradition of drinking special brewed vinegar, to strengthen the immune system.

We have taken on the task of supporting our work places in Singapore, for our employees, to take on the challenge and responsibility, to expand our exposure to create more jobs and more awareness of healthy life style.
